All Around REAL™ Q & A
Q: What exactly is a Digital Forensic Probe? A: This is a high-speed, AI-driven initial screening. Our system scans for deepfake signatures, metadata anomalies, and "synthetic fingerprints" that the human eye cannot detect. It provides an objective signal on whether media is organic or machine-generated.
Q: What exactly is a Digital Forensic Probe INCLUDE? A: This is a high-speed, AI-driven initial screening. It provides an objective signal on whether media is organic or machine-generated.
Q: How does the Probe identify synthetic media? A: Our system utilizes proprietary forensic engines that cross-reference submitted media against a vast library of known digital signatures. We identify inconsistencies in file integrity, pixel-level artifacts, and data structures invisible to the human eye.
Q: What happens to my data after the scan? A: Your privacy is paramount. Unlike "free" online tools that train their AI on your uploads, REAL™ Digital Forensics processes your data in a secure, isolated environment. Your files are never used to train or refine external generative models.
Q: What if the metadata has been stripped? A: While metadata (like EXIF data) provides clues, our Probe analyzes the substance of the file—the pixels and the container. Even if a file has been "cleaned" of its history, our forensic scan can still identify synthetic origins based on structural artifacts.
Q: Can I use this report in court? A: The REAL™ Digital Forensic Probe is intended for rapid informational purposes and internal verification. If you require a certified, human-signed affidavit for judicial proceedings, you should upgrade to an Expert Investigation.
Q: Why is there a No Refund policy? A: Digital forensic scans require the immediate allocation of high-performance computing resources. Because the analysis begins the moment your payment is confirmed, the service is executed instantly and is non-refundable.
Q. Do you keep customer evidence forever?
No. AARA does not maintain an indefinite database of customer-submitted private evidence. Customer-submitted evidence and related information are kept temporarily for processing, delivery, support, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Evidence is kept for 15 days, and after 30 days it is deleted from all related systems permanently, unless AARA receives valid legal process before deletion. After deletion, the only ordinary retained copy is the copy retained by the purchasing owner.
